Major Responsibilities:
Work closely with the back office operational leaders to ensure that all marketing and sales plans are consistent with Asia’s ob
Development of practical regional sales and marketing plan. Manage sales activities to achieve sales and financial targets.
Per company strategy, to develop marketing plan to create sales and brand awareness in targeted market segments in the regarding region.
Develop and train a network of dealers to effectively sell company’s products and provide best of class after sales service.
Develop and maintain high level relationships with project developers, design institutes and government contacts.
Maintain effective communications with customers, dealers and other stakeholders.
Review pricing and margins relating to customers, products and competitor activities in the market place and recommend company course of action.
Perform market surveys, analyse product-selling trends and prepare the sales forecast.
Participate in new product development, monitor closely the market trend & product demand, recommend products or changes to existing products to meet the needs of the regional market place and feedback to the relevant parties for establishing the most appropriate product portfolio for the region.
Hire, train, and manage the practical regional sales team. Provide training and coaching to the team members. Monitor the employee movement, deal with people management issues. Build an aggressive team to win.
Requirements:
University degree in Business, Engineering or other related.
Minimum 8 years of work experience in sale/marketing of professional lighting (Office, sports, street, …) or high quality building construction materials with a minimum of 2 years in a regional project sales management role. Working knowledge of the professional lighting market in is plus.
Advance knowledge of lighting engineering, planning and design is definitely the priority.
Sound knowledge of control system is a plus.
Experience in establishing and managing a sales organization in .
Multi-national/ cultural exposure is a plus.
